All Government Schemes in Pakistan: The Complete List

All Government Schemes in Pakistan: The Complete List

This is the master list: every government scheme with a full guide on PakGovtSchemes.pk, in one table, with its category, its level (federal or provincial) and its status as last checked on 4 November 2026. Thirty schemes are listed. Some are open today, some run in phases, and a few are honestly closed for now; the status column tells you which before you spend a rupee or a day. Read the table two ways: by need, using our category pages (cash, education, housing, health, farming, youth, business loans, women and family), or by place, using our province pages (federal, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan). Every scheme name links to its full guide with eligibility, documents, steps and official links.

How to Use This List

Start from your problem, not from a scheme name you heard. Need cash for the household: the Financial Assistance rows, then the 8171 check. A child’s schooling or device: Education and Youth rows. A house, a harvest, a business, a treatment: each has its own rows and its own category page that compares the options side by side. The status column matters as much as the benefit column: applying to a closed phase is the most common way Pakistanis waste a season, and three schemes on this list (laptops, E-Bikes) are in exactly that closed position as this page is published.

What Is Not on This List

Small district-level support, zakat disbursements through local committees, utility subsidy announcements and one-off relief packages are not listed as full guides here, because they have no stable public programme structure to verify. If a scheme you are looking for is missing, it is either too new, too local, or too thinly documented to guide honestly yet. New verified schemes are added to this table as their guides are published, and statuses are rechecked as phases open and close.

The Three Checks That Unlock Most of This Table

  • CNIC to 8171: reads your BISP and Ehsaas standing, the base of cash, child stipends and nutrition support.
  • CNIC to 8500 or 9780: reads health cover standing in the Sehat programmes.
  • Your records: land records for farmer schemes, board results for student schemes, NADRA family records for nearly everything else.

All Government Schemes: FAQs

How many government schemes are listed here?

Thirty schemes have full guides on this site, spanning federal programmes and the provincial schemes of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, plus the federal programmes that reach AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Which schemes are open right now?

As of the last check: BISP payments, PM Youth Loan applications, Apna Ghar through banks, Apni Chhat Phase 2, Green Tractor Phase V, Punjab Rozgar and the rolling programmes (Himmat Card, Nashonuma, Endowment Fund cases). Closed for now: PM Laptop Phase-IV, E-Bike Phase 2 and CM Laptop Phase II.

Which single check tells me the most?

SMS your CNIC to 8171. It reports your household’s BISP standing, which drives cash assistance, Taleemi Wazaif stipends and Nashonuma nutrition enrolment.

Are all these schemes free to apply to?

Applications and checks are free, apart from Punjab Rozgar’s stated Rs 2,000 processing fee paid through its portal. Any agent charging for enrolment, selection or a status check is a fraud.

How often is this list updated?

Statuses are rechecked as phases open and close, and the date at the bottom of this page shows the last full review. Each scheme guide carries its own last-checked detail.

I cannot find a scheme a relative mentioned. Why?

It may be a district or one-off programme without a stable public structure, a renamed programme (several Ehsaas-era names now sit under BISP), or a rumour. Check the Ehsaas Program guide, which explains the current structure.

Use this list as a starting point, not as a final decision. Check the status column first, open the guide for the scheme that fits your need, and confirm the current phase before you gather documents or visit an office. If a phase is closed, note its name and return when a new phase is announced rather than paying anyone who promises early enrolment. If a scheme is open, follow the official steps in its guide, keep copies of every submission, and use the 8171 and Sehat checks to track your standing. Sharing this page with family members who are unsure where to start can save them the same wasted trips, and revisiting it after a phase change will keep your next application timed to a window that is actually open.
